Makes a bottle full
2 cups ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar or any white vinegar
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup chilli or paprika powder
1 tbsp grated ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp oil
1tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer, stirring often, for 10-15 mins. The sauce will keep in a refrigerator for two weeks.
